Continuity Global Solutions, LLC (Continuity) has been awarded one of seven spots on the USD $10.3 billion Global Protective Services (GPS) IDIQ contract, which requires armed and unarmed security services in support of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and other U.S. government entities worldwide. GPS is a 10-year contract that encompasses fixed and mobile security requirements, Explosive Detection Dogs (EDD), Drug Detection Dogs (DDD), and Protective Service Teams in all five Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) U.S. Combatant Commands (COCOMS): AFRICOM, SOUTHCOM, EUCOM, CENTCOM, and INDO-PACOM.

The GPS program is an innovative, flexible approach to providing a more comprehensive and adaptable contracting vehicle, streamlining the process for accessing private security services for the Department of Defense and other agencies worldwide, while reducing their administrative burden, according to details on the U.S. Army website.

For more than 20 years, Continuity has provided security services to the U.S. Government across six continents (Africa, Europe, Asia, Oceania, and the Americas).

“Our team is honored to support the Department of Defense under GPS,” said Continuity CEO Steve Hartsuff. “Given our extensive experience with security services, we believe this is an excellent fit and look forward to serving the Army in this capacity.”
