Continuity to Provide Cybersecurity Support Via New IT Contract in Central America

Falls Church, VA — Continuity Global Solutions, LLC announced today that it will provide IT Consulting Services for US Southern Command’s (USSOUTHCOM) in Central America. Providing cybersecurity preparedness and IT vulnerability management support, this contract will allow Continuity to serve another US Mission by helping to secure critical communications and information systems.

As cybersecurity threats to government and private industry become increasingly common, risk management and data security have become imperative. Worldwide cybercrime costs will hit $6 trillion annually by 2021, according to Cybercrime Magazine. And some sources say that the American government experienced over $18 billion in recovery costs in 2020 alone.

“Continuity’s legacy of providing security, both on premise and online, makes this project an ideal fit,” said Continuity CEO Steve Hartsuff. “We expect to see more and more attention paid to cybersecurity by both the public and private sectors.”
